About JTCLT

To further the exchange and discussions on research and application of educational technology in Chinese language learning and teaching, Technology and Chinese Language Teaching (TCLT since 2000, http://www.tclt.us) launched its double blind, peer-reviewed online publication Journal of Technology and Chinese Language Teaching (JTCLT) in 2010 and published its in-print supplement Series of Technology and Chinese Language Teaching in the U.S. (《美国科技与中文教学系列》) with China Social Sciences Press (中国社会科学出版社) since 2012.

JTCLT is registered with the U.S. ISSN Center administered by the Library of Congress (1949-260X), indexed by ESCI, MLA, Google Scholars and EBSCO.

JTCLT publishes twice a year online at http://www.tclt.us/journal, and non-periodical in print with China Social Sciences Press (中国社会科学出版社, http://www.csspw.com.cn). The online version and the paper version of the journal may contain different contents.

JTCLT publishes UNPUBLISHED (conference proceedings does not count as formal publication) articles and reviews on issues related to CALL studies and technology and Chinese language learning and teaching, including qualitative and quantitative research articles and reviews on software applications, multimedia textbooks, and other (online) materials and resources. All manuscripts submitted will be reviewed by at least two reviewers, either from the editorial board or invited from outside for specific topics. Articles and book reviews are expected to follow JCLTA's submission guidelines (We thank JCLTA for permission to use part of its document), while reviews of software applications, etc. should follow CALICO’s software review guidelines. Please refer to the JTCLT's guidelines for manuscript submission at http://www.tclt.us/journal/authors.php for more details.

JTCLT authors hold the copyright for the articles published in the online version. China Social Sciences Press (中国社会科学出版社) owns the copyright of the articles published in the print version.
