  • Registration fees are exclusively used to offset the cost of the conference, including all meals and drinks of the three day conference and all conference materials including the published Conference Proceedings. Because food and materials must be prepared ahead of time, the registration fee is nonrefundable on or after May 1, 2014. Due to limited external funding, the subsidized registration fees apply ONLY to presenters.
