Please read before you register
Registration fees are exclusively used to offset the cost of the conference, including all meals and drinks of the three day conference and all conference materials including the published Conference Proceedings.
Because food and materials must be prepared ahead of time,
the registration fee is nonrefundable on or after May 1, 2014.
Due to limited external funding, the subsidized registration fees apply ONLY to presenters.

Local participants (NECLTA members only who are NON-presenters)
Before May 23, 2014: Non-presenter $60, which covers programs, proceedings, coffee breaks and 3 lunches. No breakfast and no dinner.
On or after May 24, 2014: Non-presenter $100, which covers programs, proceedings, coffee breaks and 3 lunches. No breakfast and no dinner.
Half-day bus tour
Depending on participants' interest, a half-day bus tour of Boston may be arranged. The cost is between $20 to $30 per person depeding on the number of participants. You will be asked about your interest in the tour when you register for the conference. There is the possibility that the Conference will
cover the expenses if there is enough external funding. We will keep you posted when new information is available.
